Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA / ESIA) The study the authority needs to approve your project - prepared and submitted for you.
An EIA studies how your project will affect air, water, land and the community, and sets out how to reduce those effects. We carry out baseline sampling, predict the impacts, plan the mitigation and handle the full submission to EPDA. Where lenders require it, we extend the study to social impacts (ESIA).

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) An early environmental review of a plan or master plan, before projects are fixed.
An SEA looks at a policy, plan or master plan rather than a single project. It tests environmental effects early, while options are still open. This avoids expensive redesign once individual projects are committed.
